Problem adding a reference to MS Access Object.
I don't know if this will fix your problem, but I had a similar error when adding an Excel reference. I had used a variable name in my project that was the same as one of the Excel constants. Chnaging the name of the variable fixed the problem. It works fine now.- dbyrd
