    I think you got it right! My phone is working now. I have a button program and normaly the light goes red when it is in use. The light was off. I press the button 2 times and it's working fine since (20 minutes!). Thank you!

    NEC IVS 2000 Dterm switching to handset from speaker

    I have exactly the opposite problem!!! My receptionist just tell me that sometimes when she speaks on the headset, the call is mysteriously transfer to the speaker. We are using a NEC2000IPS Maybe we can change user for a while :)

    I'm using matworx so, to correct the problem I had to go to: Station assignment - Key Data Assignment. Right click the line key button and put a check int he box Ring. Credit to the Nec tech who show me this method! Thanks all for your help!

    I've tried reinstall it several time, cleaning the registry each time. I think you're right but I don't know which DLL is causing the problem. I've try reparing Office 2003 but no luck!

    I just tried to install Matworx v13.0.1 and I've got the error message "Couldn't find installable ISAM" when I use some function (Station assignment and Len listup). The program start correctly and I can even connect to my PBX. Any ideas?
