this used to happen on older switches, u know the sl1's
If I remember correctly it had some thing to do with the loops involved needed to be in the same loop. hope this helps.
the sec prob put the line in transfer mode I/E (hold) then released. therefor the call is in a transfer mode not on hold . this sen. and conf will give this issue
I worked for them too! and if you have a maintenance contract I would not let them leave with out a fix. aleast they could and should call the manafacturer, NOrtel will tell them exactly what is wrong, and your fix will be on the way good luck
the seb modem will lock out and geta bsy if some one is not inputting the password correctly. you get 5 trys. then to reset the seb.... unplug every cable on the seb go away for 1 hr or so and then try it. sounds nuts but it works.
