YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After updating my MYSQL it now works!! Aparently there was a distribution flaw with MSSQL 2000 in that you could not access it remotly! As your link explained. the update corrects that issue! THANKS FOR YOUR HELP!
