Enabling a button depending on the value of a textbox

I've definately referenced the subform correctly becasue the result of the calculation is coming through onto the main form . The calculation is done in a field on the subform, then the field on the main form that displays the result of that calculation. Everything seems to be named correctly...

    Fields overlapping (strange...)

Hi... I have set up a report with 4 fields that come through from the query. I have them as a list on the report. However, if some of the names are a bit too long they go down onto a second line. Now usually if this is the case, the field below just shifts down a bit so that they don't...

Enabling a button depending on the value of a textbox

Hi Pampers... Thanks for that, still can't get the ****ing thing to work though! I'm wondering if it is because one of the fields I am using is simply referencing the contents of anther field on a subform, and not actually performing the calculation itself?! I dunno... I shall keep fiddling!

Saving rows on a form before opening another form

Hi... I have a form - frmIssues - which is based on a table - tblissues. TblIssues is quite a large table with a lot of fields, so frmIssues allows the 4 most important fields to be entered in a row on continuous forms. After inputting those 4 crucial fields, the idea is for the user to...

    Expanding Combo boxes

Because along with their name, the combo box displays the person's postcode and phone number. Obviously every person has a unique ID, but the users unfortunately do not know the unique ID when doing the data entry, they do just have a name and a postcode.

    Expanding Combo boxes

I thought about using a listbox but the problem is that you cant jsut type the name you want as you have to physiacally click it. What would be good though would be as you're typing thre name in the combo box, a listbox directly underneath lists all the names that match what you've typed. That...
