Pls pardon my inquiry, can anyone provide an explanation on why an ip phones are being deregister once cisco switch was replaced. We need to manually enter each extension number after the said switch replacement.

Can anyone help me please on how to fix my problem with CDR logs. Using the Avaya RDDT and Teltrac data collector, there are several call logs with no auth code in the CDR logs.
