    hi randy, there's none in cdr data.. but the identifier shows that the call was indeed an outbound call. thank you.

    Hi, Can anyone help me please on how to fix my problem with CDR logs. Using the Avaya RDDT and Teltrac data collector, there are several call logs with no auth code in the CDR logs. Avaya CM 6 Appreciate your help pls. Thank you.
