Is this a laser printer or a dot matrix. If its a dot matrix try using the generic printer driver. If its a laser/inkjet try using one of the drivers it emulates.
There is a sdk on the installation disks. This will list some table name descriptions and links, etc.
There are no APIs to great plains. It is built on a 4GL system. It is not object based. Parts of the code are in stored procedures and some in dexterity script.

There is no batch scheduler in Great Plains. The script you would have to write yourself in the integration manager.
If you go right click on integration name, select properties > scripts in IM you'll see the events you can script for.
Did you try using a custom script in Integration Manager that would kick off an invoice after a successful integration?
There really isn't an API for great plains like we're used to.

Sounds like your update didn't work completely. Usually the core financials updates are pretty smooth. I'd revert to the backup and try your update again.
Did you do any Dexterity customization to this system, like using core fields in a custom panel?
You find out if the error is in your ADO code or a database error. Use SQL Profiler (part of the Microsoft Sql tools) and monitor all exception events. It will tell you the specific error (key violation, type exception, etc.) so you can fix your code.
Integration Manager depending on options will run in the $10,000 to $20,000 ballpark. It doesn't currently work with all modules/objects so you need to ask very specific questions when evaluating the product. For example, it does financials but won't integrate sales territories.

I just updated the last thread with some more info. You will need the .f32 files in your new install, as well as the other files I mentioned on the other thread.
You won't have any *.tdb files if you didn't do an export/backup before the old system went down.
Are you copying all the .mdb, .ldb, .tpl files from the old sysdata to the new one?
