    Thanks for that, we do have it set for annonymous log on which is working fine for the NT 4.0 domain users where the IIS box resides, the problemis that people on the win2k domain dont seem to be able to use annonymous authentication.

    We have two domains one NT4.0 and one Win2k, our IIS box has recently been rebuilt as a member server it was originally a BDC. Now users on the Win2k domain are presented with the NT challenge/response to access any of the Intranet pages, is there anyway round this. Thanks in advance Dave

    Hey it sounds to me like the users arent logging of outlook properly, make sure they are clicking file>exit to logoff not just shutting it down with the X hope this helps
