Every since we updated a customers 8x24 to DR5 and added a 2 port Flash to it they can no longer pull a CO line by dialing 9 on conference phones we have connected to ATA's.
Yes the Lines are in CO Group A and the ATA's have access to them.
Thanks,
Dave
Have the same issue after an upgrade of an 824 to DR5 to support a Flash Voicemail system.
Have two ATA's that can be dialed and can dial internally, but dialing 9 does nothing! No busy, just breaks dialtone but doesn't pull a line.
Dialing 9 from any digital phone pulls a line.
All lines are...
Can anyone direct me to a download link for the SAT software for an Electra Elite 48, I need to do a one time backup of a system I'm replacing the batteries in.
Thanks,
Dave
RikRodgers or anyone,
Can you elaborate on the use of Night Service in this scenario?
I don’t have any experience setting up Night Service so detailing some steps would be helpful.
I have a customer who has AA answering after 4 rings during the day as a backup but would like it to answer...
Have a customer with an MICS running XC 6.1 and a PRI. The cabinet blew yesterday in a storm, it's the main cabinet not the power supply.
I wad undr the impression the the PRI codes were tied to the cabinet, however another tech. mentioned they thought the PRI codes were actually tied to the...
I called my supplier, the KLM module only works on the M7324 as the BLF module only works on the M7310.
And just for future reference, the T24 KLM Module for T series phones only works on the T7316E (it must be an E).
What was Nortel thinking?
Thanks for your comments,
Dave
Is it true the NT8B41 KLM is only compatible with the M7324?
Does anyone know where I can find wiring instruction on how to install a KLM.
I know it requires a 24v power supply but does it also use a separate port or does it share a port with the phone it's bridged thru?
Thanks,
Dave
Phoneguy427 is correct, they're getting a busy signal.
Finally found someone at Bellsouth to enter the order for Digit Manipulation, of course it won't happen until next year.
Thanks and have a great Holiday!
Referring back to an issue I posted:

Is there such thing as a default for undefined DID digits?
We have been trying to get Bellsouth to process an order for Digit Manipulation for 4 months now with no luck.
I did however find...
They don't have physical extensions.
We worked it out, we created a CCR tree as follows:
Option one, if your calling for xyz group dial 1.
Options 1-4 list the people in this group and
Externally transfer to them. They ended up having
DID numbers so it made things easy.
The...
