I do not understand why an embedded macro that's to be executed on a click event runs when the form is loaded.
I stared to debug by converting to SQL code but have found failed conversion appears to be a bug in Access 2010.
Any ideas?
We have a small call center (outbound calling only) where we'd like to monitor the individual extensions. I'd prefer not to have to set up an ACD to do a monitor call agent.
Right now we've bridged an analog line with a call appearance on a 2616. Works but volume for analog line and called...
We've done this and it works extremely well. You'll need someone on the SIP side to do all of the programming on the ASTERISK Server - whiles its reasonably straight forward, it takes a little getting used to.
While I am not totally sure about this - we had similar problems and wound up removing the home NPA from the CallPilot configuration.

Have looked through the manuals and am coming up empty handed.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Here's what you do -
>ld 15
REQ: CHG
TYPE: NET_DATA
CUST 0
OPT
AC2
FNP
CLID YES
SIZE
INTL
ENTRY X
Where X is the table you want to change or add
then you can see it in ld 21
>LD 21
REQ: PRT
TYPE: CLID
CUST 0
SIZE
RNGE
INTL
prints tables here.....
Good luck.

Suggest you ask them directly - mailto:support@phoneware.ie

I don't...
