Historical reports
Can you change the reports so they don't display them in 15 minute blocks. I am just looking for an easy to read agent to skillset total for a week. Many thanks Dave.....- dave61

Orders placed on website lost
I have had a problem with 2 customer orders which went missing on our site. We have 2 linux servers one running the scripts and the other running a Sybase database. The 1st order was lost completely. The 2nd order was recieved as we got a sendmail type confirmation from the server....but what...- dave61
