I want to print pricing barcodes from Access 2000. I have done a make table query to supply the data for a program called BarTender from Seagul. I want to be able to print the batch of barcodes in one go (hence the table) and then dump the data using a button on a form. Everything works fine...

Do you have a calculation (ie SUM) in your query between the two tables?

Hi Flo999, I don't understand quite what you want to do? If you want to make the fields in your table bigger, so you can get more than one line, why don't you resize them by dragging the left hand margin down? David LOL
