could the call pilot software be bad?? or the call pilot unit??

feature 986 transfer

I installed a cics with a call pilot. When you transfer calls to a mail box they are sometimes dropped without making it to the mail box trnasfered to. Any ideas

On a call pilot I need to add 2 guest mail boxes 300 and 301 they will not have a phone how would I set these up.

I have a MOD ICS Line 1-7 appear I want the 8TH button to be for a group of 5 lines on all phones. How would I program the system to accept this config.

What is the procedure to reset a Mod ICS to factory settings

I have a m8 installed. Does this have to be programed? It is on port 120 and the lines are programed to appear and ring on this port. Auto display can only appear on one phone. Which ext and how do you program that ext. The remaing phone will have a 811 button how do you activate this?
