    Thanks All, Turns out to be old versions of MDAC on the computers that are not working. Just have to upgrade to a newer version and everything is great again ! Thanks Again for all your help!

    Thanks for replying Darrylle, Tried that, still didn't work. All systems are running MS Access97 SR2, and the Front end portion of the Database is installed on one Client, checked to see if it works on that one, and if successful transfered to the other clients using a Shared Company Folder...
