Good Afternoon:
I have an SV8300 call forwarding issue; I can forward calls to outside lines, internal extensions, but not to my SV8500 connected via CCIS.
It appears that only 4xxx, 5xxx, and 7xxx transfers are affected, still testing. I am using PCPro, but haven't had any success...
Good Day:
I have a remote facility that has an SV-8300 with UM8000 Voice Mail.
They want a group to terminal hunt to voice mail. I have tried several ways to do this,
but when it reaches the last station, it kicks back to the opening greeting.
Here is my set up:

Goo Day:
I have an SV8500 where the normal amount of rings before forwarding is ~5 rings.
I have a user group who wants to change the amount of rings on a shared virtual line before it is forwarded under no answer condition, is this possible?

My facility is looking at going to 5 digit dialing, I have already programmed the SV8500 to accomplish this, but have no idea how to create 5 digit mail boxes, I am thinking I will have to create a new class of service, is this correct?
Hello and thanks for this forum and all the grat advice I have gotten in the past.
I have inherited an SV-8500, without any documentation. I have been deleting stations as I confirm they are no longer in use,
however, I have gotten an error stating:
Command Error.
ASDT.DEL 01:02A4

Ended up changing time in Command 02 back 1 hour as you suggested and it works, CMD 43 appears to be set up for DST,
but nothing is setup in 6730/6731. Thanks again!
I have a couple of SV8300 pBXs out in the field, I remoted into them to change the time using the CM02 command,
which executes successfully. however, the phones display 1 hour ahead, and line 3 of the System dData afor CM02
Reading out of daylight saving time in Main Unit is also 1 hour ahead...
Good news! We were able to access it with a keyboard and monitor, and corrected ip address for remote access.
Thanks Belvedere and Ozzie for all your help.
