Great, I was having doubts about the Overland libraries and everyone seems to have confirmed that. I have settled on purchasing the STK SL500.

I get the same deal, "sometimes" but I end up resetting the tape library and media agent and it seems to be fine. I have only come across this problem with the AIT 3 Drives, I have used CommVault at other places and on the LTO technology and it seems to work fine without any Chunk issues.
