Has anyone set up OV to run a t-sql script (or stored proc) when they get the MS SQL SPI alerting on Transaction log space?
Suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

We are undergoing a DHCP consolidation, and want to see what servers are still running the service, and ensure that we have consolidated to the correct degree...
Is there a (simple?) way to search through my network to find all servers running the DHCP service?
I have someone asking the same question for RAS as well.
Any help appreciated.
We have had one heck of a time getting a stable Win2K print server. Suggestions that we have tried:
Moving spool folder onto another disk (besides C: or Swap)
Ensure that you are not mixing modes of printer drivers (ie nt/wink and native win2k)
check the versions of your hp printer drivers to...
Sounds to me like your 3di may be going south.
We've had so many problems with 4400/3Di that Dell ended up replaceing two of the worst offenders with 4600's - probably not going to happen in your case.
Some of the things that we have had to do with our 4400's to resolve disk issues:

Hopefully you have a good backup ); --
Boot the server and when your PERC Raid controller initializes, you will see a message about CTRL-M to enter PERC BIOS.
From this screen you will be able to check the status of your rebuild.
You may have to force the rebuild process.
What version of PERC do...
You're two disks short!!
I would recommend that you mirror for the OS, and create RAID5 for your Data (exchange).
Maximum safety, and maximum performance.
We resist any server config that has less than four disks - which at the very least gives you two mirrors.
First advice - make sure that you're running the most recent f/w and drivers!!!
You didn't mention your OS, so I'll assume W2K or XP
Ensure that you're also running the latest Array manager.
If your box supports Hot-Swap, simply plug in another driver, and rescan the controller, from that...
For performance, ensure that you separate the OS, Data and index from each other. 3 different mirrors would be ideal if you can afford the 6 disk. At a bare minimum, 4 disks in two mirrors (one for data/os, one for index)
My suggestion on DB is Oracle (if vendor supports it). There may be more...
Not sure if we're seeing a printer or word issue, but clients opening web-served doc's, then printing are getting only 3/4 of the page printing out. When they come back and print preview, they get exactly what printed - 3/4 page.
If the change/save the doc, then print - it's fine.
Any thoughts...
Dell will probably tell you that you need to "initiallize the drive", which means reboot-bios-initialize.
So much for hot swap!
We've had to do this with disk replacements as well.
Check the firmware on your DRAC and ensure that you have the latest driver on the server. Those two are the most likely cause. If they are both up to date, we've seen scrambled backplanes cause this problem too.
