I have a dos based program running on XP PRO, I have users that seem to get two or more instances of the program open which causes problems such as lock ups etc, is there any way to limit this to only be opened once?

I have a new app that was installed and now only a domain admin can run it. When a user clicks on the Icon a warning comes up that says they must be a admin to install. This app is installed and the user has full permissions to it. Is this an issue with msi installer perhaps ? Any Ideas ?

You may try stopping the Terminal Services licensing service and restarting. Then let the termial sit for 20 minutes and try it again. This works for the wyse systems I have.

We are trying to clean up our exchange server and have found that users do not seem to want to do any housekeeping with the sent items folder. Is there a way to limit or clean out this folder that is controlled from echange?

I have a user using Outlook on a PC, when she receives a word attachement it will open just fine, the next day she can open the same email but the attachement will be gone and only a link will be present. The sender sends as Rich text file bue when I look the next day the email is set to HTML...
I have a user that every once in a while she will receive emails that are weeks and or months old that she has already received once. Using Exchange 2k and Outlook 2k. Has anyone had this problems before?

I was sent an email from one of my venders that said not to install it unless I want to reset up all of the roaming profiles. It seems to take over all the profiles as an admin ownership and will not allow users access to thier profiles.
I have a citrix farm going out through ISA server, I am seeing users in the ISA logs along with the Citrix servers names logging. I also see anomynous user quite frequently. How do I get rid of these or why are they there ? Can anyone help?
