That seems to have done it. Thanks for the quick reply. You know after we did this I recalled having a list of outlook switches. Lo and behold I find the file with all available outlook switches.
Hello,
We have a situation where an assistant had Delegate rights for a number of users. The assistant has left and we have removed the delegate permissions from each users Outlook as well as double checking AD. However, users still get email kickbacks stating
"The e-mail account does not exist...
We have a naming scheme that we would like to keep and instead of adding a number to the end endlessly (dc01, dc02, dc03) we wanted to avoid going higher. Now we'll have a dc02 and dc03 and no dc01. It's not a huge deal but my boss...ya see...he's a picky sort.
Hello,
We are in the midst of moving our DC to a newer machine. Does anyone have any suggestions on the best way to do this? They are different models of servers. I keep thinking that I'll bring up the other one with a different name install AD, DNS, and DHCP (this server holds no FSMO roles)...
Yes. We have the OS mirrored on one array and the data on a separate Raid-5 array. MS recommends moving the stored images on a different partition to alleviate the problem so that was the thought behind having at least another partition, even if it is located on the same array as the data...
No. The server is maxed in drives and only has the 2 partitions. For future servers we are now going to use 3 partitions to alleviate this problem. I have tried mapping another drive but it doesn't show up in the selection menu. How can I redirect the shadow copies to another server? I tried...
OK. So I just figure out that we shouldn't have the shadow copies on the same partition as the user files. We have another server that is barely used. How can we redirect the shadow copies to this server? Is it as simple as mapping a drive and pointing it to the drive letter?
Hello All,
For some reason our shadow copy on one of our servers are only keeping 2 days worth of data. It used to keep at least a months worth. Our settings are:

Shadow Copy Disk Space
Used: 2687MB
Max: 85823MB
Total Disk Space
Free: 446255MB

We are in thee process of implementing DFS. As a test we have created a root and link. We then changed the path of the link to see if it had any effect on the client end but the link still pints to the old server. We tried waiting afew minutes, forced an immediate replication, deleted the link...
Hello,
I was wondering what permissions I would need to give in order to give someone the ability to add/remove a user, printer, and connect to another users PC via Dameware or RDP to troubleshoot? I believe I'll need Account OPerators and Print Operators but what about the RDP? TIA.
