I have tried lots of things and it seems the system is fried. Does any one one know if I can do something to recover the system or save a part, or should I buy the whole thing again?

I did not program the system so I don't know which port connects to the VM. I checked all the ports that are assigned an extension number and they all show a device (type of phone). When I checked p117, I got a IATA device, which is idle. Thanks

No, it doesn show that. This is what I am doing. F**CONFIG maintenance Port/DN Status Show Port List P101:202. STATE Idle. That's it. Is that what I'm supposed to see checking the ports? In the case that I have to install a new cartridge, is there a way for me to use the one I have? Thanks.

Thanks for the replies. I have checked the DN ports and they all display IDLE, except for the port being used. Then after doing F**xftest I only get "NONE REGISTERED". I have also unplugged power from flash, but it didn't work. Havonasun, is there a especial way to get the voice mail and SKU...
