I'm learning Exchange 2003 (migrated from Groupwise) and I ahve a question about user names in the global addressbook. NEC - Electra Elite IPK question

NEC - Electra Elite IPK question
We recently got a new phone system (Electra Elite IPK) and we were told that it was possible to tape phone conversations and then be able to move then to a hard copy (ie CD, hard drive, etc.) in case we needed it for some legal issue.
