Well thansk for all the help guys I found out that it was actually 1 SDR Ram Strip that was stopping my installations. I dont think it was compatible with my motherboard (because it works on my other computer) so I changed it with one from my other computer & everything is working fine so far...

Yeah I though it might have something to do with the Ram so I might have to swap some of the ram of the pc im using at the moment with ram from the pc im upgrading. Well Im planning on Buying some 256mb of DDR soon because I have heard it is so much better than SDR.

Thanks i think it is a faulty Motherboard because I have used two differant cables & floppy drives & they both dont work. Looks like I will have to get a new Motherboard.

I have a problem with my floppy drive. I installed a new Motherboard back awhile ago & then floppy drive has never worked, now the Floppy can only read but it Cant Write data. What is wrong with it? Sugestions needed!
