Avaya CM bridged appearance transfer
fondog2 My problem is that the bridged appearance is being used as a department answering point and is transferred to different extensions every time. I don't think your suggestion will work in this case. Thanks.- D_G_O

Kyle555 Thanks for your input. The SBC is not an option at this site, warm transfer is what they have been doing and does work. It is a bit of an pain when they have to wait for the FNA. I just wanted to see if there was possible something else that someone may have worked out.- D_G_O

Avaya CM bridged appearance transfer
Trying to see if there is a way to get a call transferred from a bridged appearance to forward no answer into the last called extensions voicemail, not the bridged numbers voicemail. An example would be extension A answers a bridged appearance for extension B and transfers to extension C...- D_G_O
