Did you try different 'spellings' of the user account in the remote access field and while prompted for the user.
I mean '.CN=xyz.O=abc...' or '.xyz.abc...' with or without leading dot or just 'abc' ?
Is the ping between the 3 machines ok. ? (short,long,ip)
and the aliases correct ?
I don't see the problem - use '-lc'
The option -c means no caching, I recommend this option as default, otherwise the results may not show the real situation in any environment (even in pure SCSI).
The option -l means, inquire is scanning all LUNs, otherwise it would stop at the first unused...

Had this problem with "schuko" connectors (germany), the two pins are not the same even if it's AC current. One is hot (phase), the other is zero. So the relationship to ground is different.
Do you have the message 'mount request canceled by server' in the daemon.log ?
If so, it's probably like rgzimmer told a problem of the NetWorker server. Fixed in 6.1.1
Regarding the licensing, NetWorker Power Edition has unlimited client connections.
Nevertheless you have to buy the required platform enablers.
