I would really like to keep this as simple as I can without having to restore data.
All I would like to do is delete the d drive and somehow let c take over the space left by the d drive.
I am a bit hesitant about using volume mount points on the system partition...
You are with the right piece of software for backups!
I have used veritas in nearly every installation i have done and it rarely fails.
Be careful with those access databases though. Try to ascertain if they are being locked as they are backed up and if so how to stop them so they can be backed...
I have a server with three partion on one drive named c, d and e. The c drive which contains the operating system has become full and i now want to transfer the content of d to a new drive to enable c to be resized and therefore increased.
