i have no problem accessing email from another computer. I can't print emails as long it's in html format. I dont know how to save an email and open them in Word.
I have try to print from many different printers in the office and still comes out blank page. I can print email msg that was sent to me in Rich text or plain text, but can't print with html format.

I would like to know how to:
backing up all data from the current BB device, restoring data to new blackberry, activating new blackberry on the bes.
I remember that I dont need to activate it from the BES server after I restore the data back to the new one, but I'm not sure.

One of my user is having this strange issue:
WHEN ANOTHER EMPLOYEE SENDS HIM A MEETING REQUEST IT SHOW UP IN HIS CALENDAR (WHICH IS OK).
WHEN THE ORGANIZER OF SUCH MEETING UPDATES THE MEETING (EITHER CHANGES THE BODY, SUBJECT OR TIME/DATE OF THE MEETING), THE ORIGINAL REQUEST IS NOT REMOVED...
please help me connect and access the router. I dont know what is the default login info? and how do i set up to access the router using hyper termial.

I'm not putting the Exchange server on the DMZ. I want to put a stand alone W2K3 SMTP server to use as a gatway on the DMZ. The Exchange willo be on the LAN behind the firewall.
