Actually we are using some canon copier/printer/scanner/fax printers. which use MS sharing. with about 35 people using it I have 2 that show the printer offline. we have pdc/bdc . running wins etc.. I know it has to be the machine.. I am trying not to rebuild both pc's because of the software...

did you make the partition active when you fdisked it?.. if I am doing that to a drive I make sure it is the c: before fdisking.. I think it automatically sets the active part most of the time.. Just a thought,. Just learning..

We install a brand new cartridge and it says it is out of ink.. also other catridges stop printing like magenta.. then after numerous removing and reinserting cartridges they start working.. any clues?? Just learning..
