my client got ncp500 with about 60 ip nt phones
on outgoing call everything work well
in intenal calles some calles have no voice they hang up and call again and voice work, sometime work and some time not.
anyone know that issue?
If its share with another two extensions (as a icd group) you need to forward call from group also
*7141 group no. - and the extention number to forward that you need to forword to, and #
example:
*7141601101# internal
*71416019XXXXXXXXXXX# external
cacnel: *7140 and group number.

is there any way to find the ip address of NT phone direct from phone and not from pbx gui?
the phone get address by dhcp so reboot the phone and go to network-ip address not help me.
any one know?
