You have richt. The extension is wrong. It is an empty ACD The ACD have an automatic divertee to the common abreviated number. The GH have an *24* to the empty ACD.- csml

Hi, Ive make first een common Abreviated number to an external number. Then you make an extension with an direct diverte position to that common Abreviated number. (*21#) At last you do *24*1444*extension# on an master extension. I have BC11 and it works.- csml
