That's what I thought but according to my supervisor, who gave me this project, AT&T charges for usage reports like that. I find that hard to believe. That seems like a normal function of a phone carrier.
Is there a way to see what phone numbers are coming in to our Definity switch? We're trying to pare down our number of lines and need to know what numbers go into the switch.

The biggest problem with this is the reminder beep. I can change the reminder to the maximum of 17 minutes, then the call must be placed on hold again. The reminder will beep all night when the office is closed.

We're now back to normal. The problem was in one of our T1 lines and not our switch like AT&T tried to tell us. An AT&T tech did some rerouting voodoo to fix it.

I don't know if this is somehow related but starting yesterday afternoon it was brought to our attention that our toll-free numbers are going directly to a busy signal. Is there a way to see if those calls are hitting our switch?
