Ok. quick update. First off, do outside phone usually tie into the Meridan console line? It seems like ours is on the fritz. Nothing but static clicking and a black line going through the screen. Could that be the reason why the outside phone isnt working?
I can't call out at all from the outside phone. There is a dialtone, but any extension i try to call results in a busy signal. So I cant call any display phone. Is there anyway I could find the TN another way?
We have a phone outside of the building for after hour deliveries. When someone picks it up the line automatically connects to the voicemail system and plays the recorded message. However when someone picks it up now there's only a dial tone. Does anyone have any ideas what might've gone wrong...

I logged in to MM using the 7000 extension, and then entered in 7002 for my login. It's asking for a password, but in the service table there was no password under the "access password" but you said i shoudln't change that so that shouldnt matter. So i typed in the "update password"...
I was able to get all the passwords i needed, and I can get into the menu using the 7002 extension. But it's asking me for the "voice service ID" for the prompt I want to change. There is only 2 prompts i have, which is key 4 to find by extension, and key 1 to find by name. But I dont want to...
The message that plays when our main line is called is out of date and needs to be re-recorded. I dont even rember how to get to it in order to delete it ore re-record it, any ideas are much appreciated. It's a Meridian 19 system
1: It just rebooted again. Did the AHST, saw some errors on TN's but couldn't see anything about a reboot. Unless it's called something specific.
2. Any luck on the LD 99?
I've been seeing alot of users lose power to their phones sporadically during the day. At one time it was happening every 15 minutes. Somtimes it's only a certain TN line that it happens to, and today it was everyone in the building. Anyone know what may be causing it? Perhaps there's a setting?
Figured it out. User didnt have "change" access to share. Users needs "change" access to share no matter if full permissions are given to folder. Yes, i am a moron. Thanks for the help guys.
stduc: How do I check NTFS permissions?
I looked at the effective permissions and the user is in the list
bcastner: It's an AD domain. And both the server and user's PC's have been joined to the domain, and the user is a domain user.
This might be more of a server or active directory problem but here goes:
There is an in-house Win2003server that's used for file sharing. Our users have read only access to the share, and then read and write access to the folders in the share, so as not to create any folders that dont need to...
