Thanks for the info. I am currently running the 2.20 software, so I will upgrade when I get a chance. Also, I was thinking the autosense might have something to do with it, but isn't that a setting for the whole switch, not just for a single port?- creektoad

OK, here is a weird one. Today I had to replace one of my Cisco switches (3900 XL) because it tanked on me. In management's infinite wisdom, they started buying 3coms recently. I'm not sure about the Google problem, but I just ran into the large font problem myself. After some digging and troubleshooting, I found out that IE for some reason had decided to change the encoding to Unicode. Easiest way to fix this: Go to View | Encoding and check Auto-Select.
