This is a BCM set-up! The Symposium Web Client software is on the server as it used to be used for Symposium but is now used for the RCC software for our BCM.

It appears that about 80 users have changed pickup groups. Is there any other way of changing the RNPG for each extension? This will be time consuming having to do it for each extension. Am I not able to just amend the pickup group number?

I am afraid that has not helped! When I connect to port 1 I get a '#' and most things I type come back with a 'ksh:'?????

Cannot remember which one though but it was an agent set and not a supervisor set. I think I will out and then recreate the agent as well as the supervisor phone and see how that goes.

Does anyone have a great idea for documenting what is in the cabinets on the 81c PBX? How do you perform a system snapshot and how do you place that in an easy to see word or excel doc?
Any help will help me re-inventing the wheel.

I am not convinced! I copied the nicrpt.mdb file over and not the RPT file and have resolved the issue. From this it tells me that the nicrpt.mdb is all that is needed to copy user-defined reports over.
Let me know if you disagree?
