    HIGH CPU UTILIZATION

    I would take out all the services you are loading in your Autoexec.ncf file and load them manually one at a time. BY doing this you should be able to monitor what service is causeing the CPU drag down. Most likeley this service needs to be upgrade to be more compatible with SP3. Good Luck
