    If Graham's suggestion doesn't work, open the mail file in designer and look at the folders. Make sure that there is only one called ($Inbox). I've seen it where two will show up - one gets the new mail, the other is the one displayed when the user opens their mail file. Weird. cpw... Problems...

    Hmmm. Have your tried reinstalling Notes? Sometime IE can't find it and then it reverts to using Outlook.
