    Yes there is something wrong. I am not quite sure, but he is not wanting to use the system anylonger. The phones that came with the system are old and not functioning and he does not have a password etc for the phones. Does that make sense?

    The phones partially work. We only have 4 phones in the office. He bought only 4 phones. That is what I thought about the rewiring. I guess that it was in the office before he bought it and it half worked.

    So I would have to disconnect the phone system and just use these phones in a 2 line wall jack? We only have 3 lines it is a small office.

    I have a meridian m8x24-ds system in the phone closet and my boss just bought new phones RCA Model 25423/24 to replace the old meridian norstar phones.
