Electra Elite IPK and CallAnalyst software
I'm trying to capture ACD statistics (Calls In Queue, Calls Abandoned etc) via a PC Comport or a flatfile in real time format(1-10 second data refresh). I tried viewing the data output from the Elite to com1 on a PC via Hyperterminal and only see garbage. Is there any specific Emulation or...- cosmiccha
