thanks for the reply, but it's a daily thing. She can view all email for the current day, whether it has been read or unread.

we have a contractor that when she plugs her personal laptop into the network, connects to the exchange 2003 server(sbs) she can only see the current days emails. She has a secondary personal laptop that she plugs in and it displays all of her emails correctly. Both laptops display all emails...

I have a customer that recently swapped out there PC and now does not know the IP Address for their callpilot. I always thought there was a feature code that would tell you the IP Address from a set, but I'm at a loss for what it is. Does anyone know this feature code or else a different way...
I see where you're coming from Dasheen...like just a spare phone and use it to ring and other phones will be ringing answer DN for that phone...let me think on that...but that's the kind of thing I'm trying to get to...outside the box...there must be a way to "fudge" it...

Thanks for the suggestions guys. I knew I was going to be using hunt groups but I was stuck on how to make it ring both locations at once and then also to get it to go to the originating AA. Once a hunt group is done it always goes to the General Mailbox, so I'm not sure how to get it to go to...
