ATM Interface Problem
Hmmm...if its restarting ILMI and signallling, perhaps it losing a simple physical connection. Is there any suggestion that the physical connection is down. Another possibility is that due to either bandwidth congestion or processor over-utilization at one end of the link, the SSCOP or ILMI...- coppi
