Is there an easy way to send a topline text message to multiple phones? I want to put a range in the ip address field, for example, 192.168.93.1 to 192.168.83.250.
I don't want to type every address in individually.

I have created 2 tie-trunks using 2 ds1's so that we can record internal calls on our Nice Loggers. The trunks are fine and in-service (canamke and receive calls ok) but we only get 1 way audio recorded and the loggers are reporting No Signal from the PBX.

Ok, thanks for that, I will check the pin-out. There is no PSTN as its internal trunks we have created, both sides of the coupler are wired to 2 separate boards on our Avaya PBX to create an internal trunk.

When checking Monitor I am getting NOS,LTA which I dont understand becasue the calls themselves are fine so they signalling must be ok or am I missing something?
The setup I have is 2 ds1 boards wired into the trunk side logger, 1 on each side. On the pbx I have setup...
We have 1 ds1 connected to the incoming part of the logger and another connected the outgoing therefore creating a loop. So we have 2 trunks, 1 for the outgoing calls and 1 for incoming calls.
All the calls we need to record are routed via these 2 trunks so I dont think the voip part should...

I am not sure if this is the correct forum or the Nice forum. I basically have Nice trunk side loggers and want to record internal calls. I have the pbx side setup and the calls work fine but for some reason only 1 side of the conversation is recorded. Can anyone suggest why?
