Hi, I have had to cancel through the service and start over. If it is in the pre-process mode it takes a long time to cancel. But if is backing up then cacel it should not take too long.- computernerd49

remote agent not in the domain?
Ty to copy the rant folder from your backup server place it on the server in the other DMZ, reboot. See if the remote agent service is present. Go back to the Backup server and add it by IP adress. DO a small test backup.- computernerd49
