How can I move IIS to new partition?

Need to move SQL Server 6.5!!
What are the steps I need to take in order to ensure that I have a *full* backup of SQL Server? Also, is it necessary to uninstall SQL Server from the 1st disk before installing it to the new disk?<br>Thanks.- compdb
