That's what I'm thinking, it's more likly the trem card we are using to match the line!
They have one for each trunk and they have a vol. adjustment on each.

Have you ever heard of one going bad with changing volume levels on just one of the E&M trunks?
This one they say the it is like the vol. is ging up and down on it?
That is good info. there , but I only want the operator to be in night service. We have all DID lines. I wish I could remember what I did before! The operator just pushed the night ser. button as she left for the day , and all calls DID to her phone went to a voice mail box!
I had it working good till I had to put in the new VM card when the old one went belly up. I have yet to get it to work, it keeps going to 777 voice mail and asking for you to enter the number you want. I am the one who set it up before , but I can't remember how I did it, It was hard, but I did...
So I guess this is not a hot swap-able item!
I'm going to do it tomorow, when I can kill the whole system, put it in and fire her back up!
Alot more people are getting their v-mail a day late and the lights are staying on even after they clear them out!

Some users red lights stay on after the mesg. are cleared.
Stay on for a full day , but then go off and seem to work OK????

I added my 1..., with over ride of 1800,1888,
and now all is good! Ahhhh!

It has only 4 lines in , but I would like to expand to 8.
Can I,is it a card to add or software or both?
