Just a note:::: I have had this problem also... However, i was doing this as a test when doing a cutover to another carrier.... The problem may be with the carrier... I don't know the whole situation is, but, some carriers will not allow you to dial yourself... And the carrier knew they were...

I believe I have seen a button on a MICS that with one touch, does a LINK ( flash ) then dials a phone number. I have looked and cannot seem to get it done.... Anybody ever do this ????

Has anybody installed a "calls waiting" indicator lamps on a Call Pilot 100/150 Norstar Call Center, or BCM Call center.... Example. would like a red, yellow, green lamps on wall to indicate to the call center personell that calls are waiting... hope that makes sense... Cannot seem to find any...
