Hi Doktor, Thanks for that, I couldn't work out how to put the line range in, it does not seem to be documented anywhere. we have 4 lines so after your explanation I entered 0104 and voilà, MOH now works. Thanks a lot for your help - headache now gone.- Colin95

Hi, I am trying to set up MOH on our IPLDK20 system, I have followed all instructions available, but get stuck on entering the CO line range. see thread1613-1590288 can somebody tell me the button combo to enter the CO line range? many thanks Colin95- Colin95
