Well I would have to say Cisco would be the clear choice. If your really not concerned about the company your investing hundreds of thousands of dollars into going under then go for Lucent, Avaya, or whatever their name changes to next week.
Found out that this error was a CAS restriction set on the PBX for the specific trunk line. You can look up the errors by looking a Q.931 call setup errors. Does ANYONE check these messages? <sigh>

What exactally are you trying to do? Whats the logical setup going to look like (i.e whats this switch connected to on the ports and uplinks) and how does this 3524 fit into the big picture? If you can tell me this I might be able to help. Thanks.
