Why would you view in html format then? To not see scrolling bars, you would view in another format...like XLS or PDF. Printing should never come from the Internet Explorer with the Print button. I would normally have the report outputs (xls or pdf) there on the right for anyone to open and...

IMPROMPTU : Create a copy of the catalog so that you have catalog A and catalog B. That seems to be what you are looking for. However, you maintain 2 catalogs instead of one. CP [cook]
