I see you have Call Transfer denied (XFD) in CLS.
I've had problems with MFP transfering to a common op/attndt #.
XFD ( denied ) in CLS sends the call to the op/attndt,changing it to XFR (restricted) causes it to not forward..
We have a Public Safety/Inform 3.1 system. CLS, and Inform and SC servers and 5 loggers/NCF3's.
When we do a search in Reconstruction , the calls show up in the result window. When we click on them to playback, a red x shows up and a error saying " Server return no audio for this call"
I look in...
With our Nice system. Under System Admin there is Call Logger retention. Two choices, Do not delete logger calls based on age or yes delete them if calls are older than ( 1-999) days old.
We have three servers, CLS, Inform and Storage Center.
You can not setup Call Logger retention if you do...
I'd say as long as the Pri's are the only way you receive inbound calls you should be ok. Recording the ties would only create a duplicate recording. One on the inbound PRI and another for the tie line call to either the Nortel or Rockwell.
If you want to record calls between the Nortel and...
I do know that any calls recorded when CLS is off/down will end up in the Inserter table.
I'm not sure about disabling the Inserter job.
If you can, login to the CLS server console and look at CLS manager, it should show the status of what's running ( Inserter is one of them )

Stopping the 5 loggers is not a option.
When CLS / Inserter is started after the patching is done wouldn't the inserter see CLS is running and put the calls into the call DB and not the inserter table ?
Thanks for the info.
When we patch, we reboot the server twice.
Before the server is booted the first time, I login to CLS and stop CLS. I think I'll change CLS so it won't auto start. When they are done patching and reboot it for the second time I remote in and change cls to auto start.
That'll...
During MS patching on the CLS Server we stop CLS. During this time Inserter runs and puts the calls into the Inserter table .
Is there a way to stop Inserter from running until the patching is done and CLS is back up ???
Nice has two options. Live with the calls in the inserter table or delete...
We have two NRS's, one is primary and one is alternate. We also have approximately 30 Quintum ATA's that register to the NRS using SIP.
When the primary NRS fails or loses network connection everything should (we think)register to the alternate NRS.
All of our Nortel CS & sig servers will...
I login to the PBX via Rlogin using a script, once I connect I run the NEWAC1 script.
