    Hi Bill, That's interesting as I just created one the other day for much the same reason. One option I did look at was getting a generic domain and using it just for Voicemail and system emails. Some people I know use smtp2go.

    You can still use Gmail, you just need to log in to the Gmail account and create a password for less secure apps. You need to enable MFA and then I just google the link to set password. Once you have the new password, just change it in the voicemail, all the other settings stay the same.

    Hi, If these are still running as HFA phones, they won't log on. HFA is proprietary Hipath ip protocol. You will need to convert them to Sip. The normal procedure to log in is to browse to the ip address with https. The admin password is 123456 C64

    Hi, What is the issue you are having? If the phones use direct media then they shouldn't need to traverse the firewall if they are on the same lan. Always use DSP is generally the way to stop direct media.
