Try selecting the index of the first item on gotfocus or formload. I had the same issue using Visual Basic .NET 4.0 Framework. (Correction)- codevs

I'm assuming you have the ListView control as primary in your tab order? My assumption is that JAWS has nothing to read because nothing is selected. I'm not sure why it doesn't read the column headers. Seems like an bug to me. Try selecting the index of the first time on gotfocus or form load...- codevs
